The willingness to share and receive information and new ideas is vital in any field, and significantly valuable. At Mardi·co, we have knowledge and want to share as much of it as possible — and Mardi·co under the direction of Nabil seeks to share his and our accumulated knowledge with coaches across our region, and beyond. The Core Components of the Mardi·co Education curriculum are: (1) technical training, or the ability to teach fundamental skills and essential techniques for the sport of volleyball; (2) program building, or creating a successful gym culture and program identity; (3) program structure and planning, from individual drills to whole practices to entire seasons or off-seasons; (4) competitive system design, with an emphasis on emerging concepts; and (5) the ethics of volleyball. Each of these Core Components — technical training, program building, program structure, system design, and ethics — is available for workshop or classroom discussion, adding layers of value in the form of education and insight that is otherwise unattainable or, at the very least, difficult to obtain. Mardi·co brings these subjects to life, and we submit that Nabil is one of the best in the business at presenting these topics in ways that will impact coaches, impact players, and be remembered.
